Quick setups are a page we hand to your host — no monthly. Hosted builds stay on a retainer so the lights, list, checkout, and security stay on. SEO, newsletter, payments, content, and outreach tests are named packages, not “we’ll figure it out later.”
Hosted builds
Small business, e-commerce, hosted-risk. We keep the site. Hosting is a monthly retainer. Time-limited. Reviewed at 6 or 12 months.

SEO, newsletter, sales & payments, content, security — each with a setup price and a retainer. Bundled only where the table says so.
Outreach tests
Two versions of one page or form. Split the send. Count submits. Winner stays. Not an ads account.

Quick setups have no monthly. Hosted builds require the hosting retainer. Setup bundles are in the last column — retainers for those systems are still monthly while they run on our host.

Outreach & testing
The pipes for a campaign. Writing owns the words. This table is the second page, the tracking, and the monthly swap. Not Google or Meta ads. Not a ranking promise.

Two URLs. One change. Count submits.
Do not clone the whole site. Pick one job — the quote form, the hero line, or the button. Page A stays. Page B is the same page with that one line different (/contact/ and /contact-b/). Half the list gets A, half gets B. Winner is who submitted the form, not who lingered. Next month the winner stays and a new challenger walks in.
Sequential is fine
If you do not have enough sends for a true 50/50, run A for two weeks of outreach, then B for two weeks, same list size. Write that in the readout. Do not fake a science paper. Kit can A/B subject lines on the email; the site test is still two pages and two links.
Hosting retainer
Required on small business, e-commerce, and hosted-risk. Optional if a quick-setup client later wants us to keep the lights on. Covers our host cost plus margin. Extra pages are sessions, not “included forever.”

Written scope. Time limit on every retainer. Review clause at 6 or 12 months so neither of us is stuck undercharging or overpaying.

AI is the tool. You’re paying for what ships — the structure, the taste, and the fact it works. The work is knowing what to ask for and refusing the bad draft.
